All custom orders that are handmade/sewn are generally complete within 21 days however please allow up to 4 weeks for your item.

Please choose your custom made item/s carefully as there are no returns or refunds due to change of mind. Whilst every care is taken in making items, if for some reason there is a problem, please contact me within 7 days of receiving.
All items are mailed via Australia Post using tracked envelopes and satchels. Postage will be calculated at check out.
Pick up and collection options are available by prior arrangement/appointment only. Please select either of these options at check out if you wish to collect from our studio or a market.
